Refund policy


Christmas Tree Deliveries:

We will contact you the day before your delivery date to remind you of the delivery. We will provide confirmation via text or email once the tree has been delivered. We aim to complete all deliveries between 8am and 5pm. We cannot guarantee an exact time of day for delivery. If you will not be home, we request that a bucket of water is left out for the tree to be placed into. While we aim to deliver trees on the delivery date identified by the customer, date changes and cancellations are possible. If you are not happy with the Christmas tree that was delivered after you placed your order online please contact us within 24 hours and we can discuss a replacement Christmas Tree. There will be no refunds or returns on trees that you have chosen from our pop up sites. 


Christmas Tree Installation:

If requested, our team will install your Christmas Tree in the safest, most secure manner that is possible. If your tree falls and causes damage, Mike's Xmas Trees will not be responsible for any costs incurred. We therefore ask that you ensure you are happy with the manner and position in which your tree is installed. If you have purchased one of our Cinco stands and your tree continues to fall over, we will replace the tree.


Christmas Tree Removal:

We aim to remove all trees within 48 hours of the date selected. However if your tree has not been collected on your chosen removal date by 8pm please contact us. We cannot guarantee what time of day trees will be removed. We ask that customers leave the tree outside in an accessible location the night before their removal date. For our corporate customers, we ask that you provide us access during business hours so our team can take down and safely remove trees we have installed.
