Shipping policy

Christmas Tree Deliveries:

We will contact you the day before your delivery date to remind you of the delivery. We will provide confirmation via text or email once the tree has been delivered. We aim to complete all deliveries between 8am and 5pm. We cannot guarantee an exact time of day for delivery. If you will not be home, we request that a bucket of water is left out for the tree to be placed into. While we aim to deliver trees on the delivery date identified by the customer, date changes and cancellations are possible.
